The Donium (pronounced Don-ee-umm) is a mammalian pet resembling a fish. Each Donium is ceremoniously presented with a sparkling jewel on its head crest after it is born. The flashing avatar features the Air element.

"Despite its resemblance to fish, the Donium is actually a mammal. It prefers large bodies of water to small, but can thrive in both salt and freshwater. The Donium enjoys a steady diet of kelp and fish, however it is also partial to squid and shellfish. Each Donium is ceremoniously presented with a sparkling jewel on its head crest after it is born. This is done by the parent Donium. This tradition dates back to early Donium history; legend has that the Donium was once the official servant of Anatherian royalty, but this has yet to be proven."
The plural of Donium is Doniumes.
Male Doniumes are known as Bulls, while females are known as Cows.
